This is the privacy policy for BKF Aerial Imaging. In this policy, “you”, “your”, “user” and “visitor” refer to the person who uses this website. “We” and “our” refer to BKF Aerial Imaging.

This statement governs our privacy policies regarding everyone who uses the Site (“Visitors”), and the services (collectively, “Services”) offered by BKF Aerial Imaging. Purchases are not available on this Site. Bookings use our portal, which is a separate site with its own policy.

Personally Identifiable Information refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including, but not limited to, name, address, telephone number, and email address. What personally identifiable information is collected?

We collect only what you type into a form on this Site. The contact form asks for your name, your company or brokerage, your email address, your telephone number, the service you are interested in, and your message. Nothing else on this Site collects information about you.

We do not take payment on this Site and we never ask for card details here. When you book a shoot you go to our booking portal, which is run by Aryeo. Anything you enter there is covered by Aryeo’s own privacy policy, not this one.

What organizations are collecting the information?

Three providers handle data on our behalf:

Cloudflare hosts this Site and serves every page.
Resend delivers the email that the contact form produces.
Aryeo runs our booking portal, which is a separate site.

Google serves the fonts this Site uses. We do not control how these providers use information, and each publishes its own privacy policy.

How does the Site use personally identifiable information?

We use the information you send us to answer you, to quote work, and to carry out a shoot you have booked. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent us an enquiry.

With whom may the information be shared?

We share your information only with the providers listed above, and only as needed to provide their services. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by contacting us.

How is personally identifiable information stored?

We receive your enquiry as an email and keep it in our mailbox. It is not published, and it is not accessible to anyone outside the business except the providers listed above.

What choices are available to Visitors regarding collection, use and distribution of the information?

You can opt out of being contacted by us by replying to any email we send, or by contacting us.

Are cookies used on the Site?

This Site sets no cookies of its own. It carries no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking of any kind. Cloudflare, which hosts the Site, may set a cookie to tell people apart from bots. Our booking portal is a separate site and sets its own cookies.

What partners or service providers have access to personally identifiable information?

BKF Aerial Imaging has entered into and may continue to enter into relationships with authorized third party vendors for transaction processing, tax accounting and other financial services. Such vendors may have access to certain Personally Identifiable Information on a need to know basis in the course of performing their services. Our privacy policy does not cover their exposure to this information.

Disclosure of personally identifiable information to comply with law

We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information in order to comply with a court order or subpoena or a request from a law enforcement agency to release information. We will also disclose Personally Identifiable Information when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our Visitors.

Every page of this Site is served over an encrypted connection, and so is the message the contact form sends. While we take commercially reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering and break-ins, and we cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place and we will not be liable to Visitors for any such occurrences.

How can Visitors correct any inaccuracies in personally identifiable information?

Visitors may contact us to update Personally Identifiable Information about them or to correct any inaccuracies by emailing us through our contact form.

Can a Visitor delete or deactivate personally identifiable information collected by the Site?

Ask us and we will delete what you have sent us. Contact us to do that. Email backups mean some residual copy may survive for a time, but we will not sell, transfer, or use that information in any way afterwards.

What happens if the privacy policy changes?

We will let our Visitors know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site. However, if we are changing our privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a Visitor has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact that Visitor to allow that Visitor to prevent such disclosure.
